Walker v. Nieto.
The defendant was traveling northbound on Peachtree Road and attempted to make a left turn from the center turn lane while facing a flashing yellow arrow. As the defendant turned, they failed to yield and struck our client’s vehicle on the front bumper. Liability was disputed, but following litigation and evidence presentation, the case settled for $325,000.00 prior to trial.
