Daugherty v. Perdomo & McAleese, State Court of DeKalb County, Civil Action Number 21A01333

Lynn was a guest in Martha Perdomo’s home for dinner. At the time, Ms. Perdomo was keeping her daughter, Natalie McAleese’s dog, Oslo. Ms. Daugherty attempted to give Oslo a treat when the treat fell on the floor, and Ms. Daugherty bent down to pick the treat up off the floor. Immediately, Oslo jumped at Ms. Daugherty’s face, viciously biting her temple and knocking her to the ground. Oslo continued to attack Ms. Daugherty biting her hand and both of her thighs in her groin area and her legs. Oslo had bitten before. Case Settled during litigation for $300,000.00.
