Anna West was driving a rental car when the vehicle suddenly stalled out. As a result of the stalled car, she was involved in a serious accident and sustained severe injuries. The plaintiff’s parents, Kim West and Susan West, filed a lawsuit on behalf of their child against the responsible party for personal injury damages. After a lengthy litigation process, the case settled for $200,000.00.
