Keith was involved in a car wreck when another driver failed to yield in an intersection. As a result of the wreck, his pelvis was fractured. Allstate offered $90,000.00 on a policy where their insured had limits of $250,000.00. Zagoria Law filed suit and were later able to settle the case for $300,000.00, which was $50,000.00 more than policy limits.
