I cannot thank them enough for the difference they have made

When I first spoke with David, he reassured me that everything was going to be “OK,” and that he was “very good at his job.” I lacked the confidence to make a complaint or file a claim because I didn’t feel like I was “worth it.” I was wrong. I listened to him and his instructions, and it is true, he is very good at his job. The team is a group of people who are committed to making you feel better about yourself and to helping you take care of yourself. Trust them, follow their instructions, and let them work. I cannot thank them enough for the difference they have made in mine and my family’s lives.
